This was my second refinance with Loan Factory, and once again, Matt Hang (Loan Officer), Patrick Tran (Loan Processor), and Marie Nguyen (Loan Coordinator) made the entire process incredibly smooth from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and always easy to reach whenever I had questions or concerns. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and ensured everything moved along efficiently. Their teamwork and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and hassle-free.

The staffs are friendly, helpful, and dedicated especially Will and Matt. This is the second time I do refinance with Loan Factory. It is good enough to get what I want. Thank you for all you do.
